Early July I was invited to a private estate in Extremadura to check the options for setting a bird photography tour. The opportunities were great for Spanish Imperial Eagle, Bonellis Eagle, Golden Eagle, Griffon, Black and Egyptian vultures, Lesser Kestrel, Blue-winged Magpie, and lot of passerines.Plus opportunities for Great Bustards and water birds from floating hides nearby! It is all in a huge and beautiful private estate where you can really enjoy the nature, the wildlife, the tranquility, the food and the wine, the atmosphere of the true Spanish countryside, and of course the hospitality of our hosts. All that will be followed by extension to photograph the majestic Bearded Vultures in the Pyrenees.
